    This new riverside penthouse suit was transformed from a baron mass of concrete paving slabs into an attractive and tranquil terrace for all year round enjoyment. Access for high rise developments are very restricted and the only economical way of transferring materials up is by large cranes or hoists.

    Bespoke planter boxes, soil, compost, timber benches, shower and specimen plants were lifted up and put together to give this simple but practical finish. Timer irrigation made this terrace low maintenance and with the installation of external lighting gave the client enjoyment well into the evening.
