This garden was designed by The Garden Builders for a couple in Barnes who wanted a contemporary entertaining space to complement their beautiful Lion house. Landscaping consisted of a large, hardwood decked area used for outside dining, linking to a sandstone paved area with stunning 5 foot high water wall. To the side of this, a contemporary archway was built leading to a second section of the garden with sandstone paving surrounding an outside studio. The planting we used was predominantly evergreen with the emphasis on 4 or 5 large specimens to create instant maturity.
